G10CrNi3Mo Ball Bearing Steel Bar
G10CrNi3Mo is an excellent carburizing bearing steel, characteristics and application: good hardenability, can get uniform strength in a large cross-section range. After quenching or quenching plus tempering, there are good comprehensive mechanical properties. Good machinability, cold deformation of plastic parts and weldability. Sensitivity to the formation of white spots, high tempering temper brittleness tendency. For high-load conditions for the work of gears, shafts, worms and bolts, pins and so on.

Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Heat treatment specifications: 820-840 ℃ oil or warm water quenching + 400-500 ℃ tempering, oil or water-cooled.
Metallography:
- quenched tempered body
- Carburized after quenching, low temperature tempering
