10S20 Free Cutting Steel Bar

10S20 (1.0726) is an S-P composite low-carbon free cutting steel, is the existing cutting steel in the largest amount of phosphorus. 10S20 (1.0726) The mechanical properties of steel have obvious anisotropy. The longitudinal mechanical properties of cold drawn steel are close to that of cold drawn 15 steel, often replacing 15 parts of steel to produce various parts such as bolts, nuts, Pins, shafts, fittings and spark plugs.

Chemical composition:

  • Carbon C: 0.07 to 0.13
  • Silicon Si: ≤0.40
  • Mn: 0.70 to 1.10
