Mo4Cr4V High Speed Steel Bar

Mo4Cr4V high speed is a tool steel with high hardness, high wear resistance and high heat resistance, also known as high-speed tool steel or front steel, commonly known as white steel. High-speed steel is the United States F.W. Taylor and M. White was created in 1898.

High-speed steel process performance, strength and toughness with a good, so mainly used to create complex thin blade and impact-resistant metal cutting tools, but also the manufacture of high-temperature bearings and cold extrusion dies. In addition to the high-speed steel produced by the smelting method, the powder metallurgy high-speed steel appeared after the 1960s. Its merit is to avoid the mechanical segregation caused by the segregation of carbides caused by the melting method and the heat treatment deformation.
