W2Mo9Cr4V2 High Speed Steel Bar

W2Mo9Cr4V2 high-speed steel is a high-quality high-speed tool steel smelted by electric furnace or electroslag remelting(ESR) method. It can still maintain high hardness at a working temperature of about 600°C. Red hardness is a very important performance for hot-deformed molds and high-speed cutting tool steels. Has good wear resistance, that is, the ability to resist wear.

Under the condition of considerable pressure and friction, the tool can still keep its shape and size unchanged. With certain strength and toughness, the tool can withstand complex stresses such as load, impact, vibration and bending during work. It has certain high-temperature mechanical properties, thermal fatigue, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance.
