30Cr2MoV Structural Steel Bar

30Cr2MoV steel is a structural steel for forgings, which can be used to make high-strength bolts such as through bolts, transverse tension bolts, and cylinder head bolts for high-power marine diesel engines. Executive standard: GB/T 17107-1997 . After 850 quenching is directly oil-cooled; 650-670 tempering can retain better toughness on the basis of obtaining higher hardness.

Because 30Cr2MoV alloy structural steel has suitable hardenability, after suitable metal heat treatment, the microstructure is uniform sorbite, bainite or very fine pearlite, so it has high tensile strength and yield strength. Ratio (usually around 0.85), higher toughness and fatigue strength, and lower toughness-brittle transition temperature, can be used to manufacture machine parts with larger cross-sectional dimensions.
