GH3536 High Temperature Alloy Steel Bar

 

The gh3536 alloy is mainly used for chromium and molybdenum solid solution of a high iron content of nickel-based superalloy. Has good resistance to oxidation and corrosion resistance, below 900 ℃ have moderate to the durability and creep strength, cold and hot forming and welding performance is good.

 

Suitable for the manufacture of aero-engine combustion chamber components and other high-temperature parts, 900 ℃ long-term use, the short-term operating temperature of 1080 ℃. In the 600 ~ 1200 ℃ high temperature can withstand a certain stress and has anti-oxidation or corrosion resistance of the alloy. According to the matrix elements can be divided into iron-based superalloy, the nickel-based superalloy, and cobalt-based superalloy.

 

According to the preparation process can be divided into deformation of high-temperature alloys, casting superalloys and powder metallurgy superalloys.
