GH4648 High Temperature Alloy Steel Bar
GH4648 is Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformation superalloy, long-term use temperature is less than 900 ℃, short-term use temperature up to 1100 ℃. The alloy is characterized by adding about w (Cr) 32%, making it excellent heat resistance.
While the alloy has a moderate strength and good resistance to fatigue and creeps resistance, good cold processing performance, and welding performance. Suitable for the production of temperature at 900 ℃ -1100 ℃, requiring excellent corrosion resistance of high-temperature structural parts. The main varieties of supply are sheet, strip, pipe, bar, forgings, and ring.
