03Cr25Ni7Mo4WCuN is super duplex stainless steel. Contains 0.75% tungsten and copper, 25% chromium (austenitic / ferritic) steel. The supplied PREn (pitting equivalent) number of this alloy is> 40.0, which ensures a high resistance to pitting corrosion. F55 has high mechanical strength and good ductility at atmospheric temperature and sub-zero temperatures, corrosion resistance to the marine environment. Good resistance to abrasion, corrosion and cavitation and can also be used in acidic media environments. Mainly used in oil and gas and marine applications, often used in pressure vessels, choke valves, Christmas trees, flanges and piping systems.
