16MnCrS5 Gear Steel Bar
16MnCrS5 is imported from Germany, the equivalent of China's 16CrMnH steel (see GB / T 5216-2004), have good hardenability and machinability, the larger cross-section parts, heat treatment can get higher surface hardness and Wear resistance, low-temperature impact toughness is also higher.
16MnCrS5 gear steel after carburizing quenching use, mainly used in the manufacture of gears, worms, seals and other parts of the sleeve. Alloyed case hardening steel for parts with a required core tensile strength of 800 - 1100 N/mm2 and good wearing resistance as piston bolts, camshafts, levers and other vehicle and mechanical engineering components.
