37SiMn2MoV Gear Steel Bar

37SiMn2MoV is a high level quenched and tempered steel with excellent comprehensive properties, high hardenability, and high strength and toughness. Commonly used in the manufacture of large cross-section and heavy-load quenched and tempered parts and surface hardened parts, such as heavy machinery shafts, gears, rotors, connecting rods and high-pressure seamless steel pipes, etc., used as high-pressure vessels, large bolts, etc. in petrochemical industry.

This steel working temperature range is -20-520℃. It can be used to make large bolt fasteners with working temperature below 450℃. It can also be used in replacing of 35CrMo, 40CrNiMo and other steels.

This steel can be used for ultra-high temperature after quenching. High-strength steel is used. The temperature range of this steel is -20-520℃. This steel can be used for ultra-high temperature after quenching. High-strength steel is used.
