SCR420K Gear Steel Bar
SCr420K steel is with higher strength and hardenability than 15Cr steel, with poor toughness; weldability is good, generally do not need heat treatment after welding. SCr420K is used for carburized parts such as gears, gear shafts, cams, piston pins, worms, etc., which are required for higher strength of the heart and wear on the surface, larger size, or complicated shapes and little load.
The SCr420K is also available Made for working speed and withstand moderate impact load of quenched and tempered parts.
