21CrMo10 Mould Steel Bar
21CrMo10 is widely used in the world of plastic mould steel, its comprehensive mechanical properties, high hardenability, can make a larger cross-section of the steel to teach more uniform hardness, and has good polishing performance, mold surface finish. With the steel mold, the general first quenched and tempered, hardness of HRC28 ~ 35 (ie, pre-hardening), and then processed into cold mold after the mold can be used directly.
In this way, to ensure the use of mold performance, but also to avoid heat treatment caused by mold deformation. Therefore, the steel is suitable for manufacturing large. Medium-sized and precision plastic molds and low melting point tin, zinc, lead alloy die-casting molds and so on.
