55SiMnVB spring steel is low alloy steel, the hardenability is high, the toughness plasticity is high, the decarburization tendency is small, the tempering stability is good, the hot working performance is good and the cost is low. Production of heavy, medium and small car leaf spring and other medium-sized section of the leaf spring and coil spring.

Heat treatment specifications:
quenching 860 ℃ ± 20 ℃, oil cooling; tempering 460 ℃ ± 50 ℃ (special needs, ± 30 ℃).
Steel Delivery Status:
Hot rolled steel is delivered as heat treated or non-heat treated and cold drawn steel is delivered as heat treated.
