15NiCr13 (1.5752) structural steel bar
15NiCr13 (1.5752) structural steel alloy is a high-grade carburized steel with a wide application. Compared with 15Cr and 15Cr steel, 15NiCr13 has high strength, plasticity and hardenability. 15NiCr13 is mainly used to make high load under heavy load conditions. High-strength, high-hardness and high-toughness spindles and shafts with high toughness or impact load, wear-resistant surface, heat-treated deformation, rods and various transmission gears under high-speed and shock loads, adjusting screws, camshafts.
Application:
Used in the manufacture of various carburizing or carbonitriding parts with high surface hardness, good mechanical properties of the core, heavy load, impact, wear and the like. Steel for critical case hardened pieces requiring good tenacity and strength in the core (average tensile strength of 80-110 kgs/mm2 ) and/or good compressive strength. Its most common applications are for gears, pinions, reducers, speed boxes, cams, bolts and ball joints.
