  • Carbon C: 0.16 ~ 0.21
  • Silicon Si: ≤0.35
  • Manganese Mn: 0.70 to 1.10
  • Sulfur: ≤0.35
  • Phosphorus P: ≤0.35
  • Chromium Cr: 0.80 ~ 1.20
  • Nickel Ni: 0.80 ~ 1.20
  • Copper Cu: ≤0.20
  • Molybdenum Mo: ≤0.10

  • Tensile strength σb (MPa): 1447
  • Yield strength σs (MPa): 1003
  • Elongation δ5 (%): 12
  • Section shrinkage ψ (%): 56
  • Impact toughness value αku (J / cm2): 92
  • Hardness: 310HB


Specification:

 

Heat treatment specifications: 865 ~ 885 ℃ oil quenching, 150 ~ 180 ℃ insulation 2h, air-cooled.
Metallography: Coarser tempered martensite and very small residual austenite.
