50CrNi Structural Steel Bar
50CrNi alloy structural steel is an advanced quenched and tempered structural steel with high strength, high plasticity and toughness. After heat treatment, steel can obtain good quality uniform microstructure and mechanical properties. 50CrNi structural steel mainly used to manufacture large cross-section and important quenched and tempered parts, such as crankshafts of internal combustion engines, main shafts in heavy-duty machine tools, gears, bolts, etc.

Heat treatment specification:
- Quenching at 820℃, oil cooling
- Tempering to 500℃, water-cooled, oil-cooled
