35CrMoA is a commonly used alloy structural steel. 35CrMoA structural steel has high static strength, impact toughness and higher fatigue limit, higher hardenability than 40Cr, high creep strength and endurance strength at high temperature, long-term working temperature can reach 500℃; when cold deformed Medium plasticity, poor weldability. It is used as important structural parts that work under high loads, such as transmission parts of vehicles and engines; rotors, main shafts, heavy-load transmission shafts of steam turbine generators, large-section parts, fasteners, etc.

Heat treatment specification: 

 

  • quenching 850℃, oil cooling; 
  • tempering 550℃, water cooling, oil cooling.
