20Mn23ALv Non-Magnetic Steel Plate


Non-magnetic Steel 20Mn23ALV belongs to the Fe-Mn-Al-C series austenitic steel group. The electromagnetic performance is determined by its chemical composition (permeability). Its organization is stability and mechanical properties are excellent.


20MN23ALV’s permeability is low, but resistivity is high and only has a small eddy current loss in the magnetic field. The cutting, welding, drilling, and bending of the metal are easy as regular steel. Compared to stainless steel, 20MN23ALV is not only a lower raw material cost but also a lower processing fee.


Electrical and mechanical manufacturing industries have strict material requirements when producing strong magnetic field products. Non-magnetic steel 20MN23ALV is the metal of choice due to its low power consumption and low manufacturing costs.
