8009 Aluminum Alloy Plate

 

8009 heat-resistant aluminum alloy is a new type of high-temperature aluminum alloy. Due to the formation of high volume fraction of α-Al12(Fe,V)3Si thermally stable dispersed particles in the alloy, it has low density, high strength at room temperature, and good thermal stability. , A series of excellent comprehensive properties such as high ductility and fracture toughness. 8009 heat-resistant aluminum alloy has higher high-temperature strength than conventional aluminum alloys. The effective use temperature range of the aluminum alloy has been extended to more than 300°C. Therefore, 8009 aluminum alloy is very hopeful to replace the traditional heat-resistant alloy at 300-400°C. The dominant titanium alloy in China has become the preferred alloy for structural materials in the aerospace and military fields.
