1215 Free Cutting Steel Bar
1215 free-cutting steel is an environmentally friendly material. Compared with 12L14, it does not contain lead and does not contain harmful substances to the environment. It has good machinability. It is suitable for general electroplating shafts, cutting materials and general parts. 1215 is accurate and has a good surface condition. Cut steel products can be used directly, such as spraying, sanding, bending, drilling, or directly electroplating after fine drawing according to actual requirements, which saves a lot of machining time and saves the cost of configuring processing machinery. Mainly used in the production of instruments, watch parts, automobiles, machine tools and other various machines with small forces and strict requirements on size and finish. It has strict requirements on dimensional accuracy and finish, but relatively low requirements on mechanical properties. Standard parts such as gears, shafts, bolts, valves, bushings, pins, pipe joints, spring cushions and machine tool screws, plastic molding molds, surgical and dental procedures.

Application:
