T8Mn Hardware Tool Steel Bar

 

T8Mn is a carbon tool steel mainly used to make cutting tools, dies and measuring tools. Compared with alloy tool steel, its workability is good, the price is low, and the range of use is wide, so it is used in tool production. This type of steel is generally delivered in an annealed state, and can also be delivered in an unannealed state according to the buyer's requirements. 


The hardness, fracture structure, network carbide, pearlite structure, sample quenching hardness, hardenability depth, and depth of decarburization layer on the surface of the annealed steel should meet the requirements of China's national standard GB1298. The properties and uses of T8Mn are similar to T8 and T8A, with better hardenability and can be used to make tools with larger sections. Delivery Status: 

The steel is delivered in an annealed condition. By mutual agreement, can also be delivered without annealing.
