25cr2mova is a medium-carbon steel. Has high strength and toughness. When the temperature is lower than 500℃, the high temperature performance is good, there is no tendency of hot brittleness, the hardenability is good, the machinability is fair, the cold deformation plasticity is medium, and the weldability is poor. 


Generally, it can be used in quenched and tempered state, and can also be used after normalizing and high temperature tempering. . Low temperature to -110 degrees Celsius, and has high static strength, impact toughness and high fatigue strength, good hardenability, no overheating tendency, small quenching deformation, good plasticity during cold deformation, medium machinability, but there is The first type is temper brittleness and poor weldability. It needs to be preheated to 150~400 degrees Celsius before welding, and post-weld heat treatment to eliminate stress. It is generally used after quenching and tempering.
