W10Mo4Cr4V3Co10 High Speed Steel Bar

 

W10Mo4Cr4V3Co10 is a Chinese standard(GB/T9943—2008 ) high-speed tool steel. It can still maintain high hardness at a working temperature of about 600°C. Red hardness is a very important performance for hot-deformed molds and high-speed cutting tool steels. Has good wear resistance, that is, the ability to resist wear. Under the condition of considerable pressure and friction, the tool can still keep its shape and size unchanged. 

 

W10Mo4Cr4V3Co10, be as cobalt-containing high-speed tool steel, with added cobalt on the basis of general high-speed tool steel, which can significantly improve the hardness, wear resistance and toughness of the steel. It has certain high-temperature mechanical properties, thermal fatigue, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. Electric furnace or electroslag remelting method should be used for smelting. The smelting method requirements shall be specified in the contract, and the supplier shall choose if it is not specified.

 

This high speed steel equivalent to Japan standard JIS SKH57 , Sweden Standard HSP-15 , German standard DIN 1.3207 .
