Cr12MoVCo Mould Steel Bar

 

Cr12MoVCo is made into cold work die steel by adding a small amount of Co on the basis of Cr12MoV . The hardenability of steel, the hardness of quenching and tempering, the wear resistance and the strength are all higher than those of Cr12 . Various cold-punching dies and tools with complex shapes and heavy working conditions, such as punching dies, trimming dies, hemming dies, steel deep drawing dies, circular saws, standard tools and gauges, thread rolling dies, etc.

 

In the crystallization process formed eutectic mesh carbides (carbides fraction of about 20%, eutectic temperature is about 1150 ° C), these carbides are hard and brittle. Although the billet rolling, carbides have a certain degree of crushing, but the carbide along the rolling direction was banded, shaped, massive, heap-like distribution, the degree of segregation with the steel diameter increased seriously.
