M300 Mould Steel Bar
M300 is an age hardenable martensitic tool steel with exceptional mechanical properties, specifically a high tensile strength and hardness. After heat treatment, M300 has uniform hardness, reaching 31-35HRC, and it will never be deformed when the mold is made. Because the chromium content is higher than other steels of the same level (16% chromium), its corrosion resistance Especially good. It has corrosion resistance to all general chemicals and is suitable for the manufacture of transparent plastic molds, P.V.C. plastic molds.
This steel has a non-corrosive effect. It is easy to achieve the required high polishing and mirror polishing. It is the best champion quality of similar steel. This steel is the top product of the same series, with good overall performance, high requirements for acid resistance, and mirror molding. State of delivery: pre-hardened to 1000-1100N/ mm² (31-35HRC)

Welding:
can be welded but as much as possible to avoid.
Application:
For contact with chemical corrosion, transparent plastic, camera lens and other types of plastic mold, the more penetrating steel, easy to achieve the required high degree of polishing and mirror polishing, the best champion for similar steel products. All chemical contact plastic mold, transparent plastic products, or erosion of the mold objects.
