30CrMnTi Structural Steel Bar

 

30CrMnTi is with higher steel strength, high hardenability than 20CrMnTi  , but slightly lower impact toughness. Mainly used for carburizing steel, carburizing can be quenched directly after quenching, high flexural strength, good wear resistance. Can be used in tempering quenching or quenching and tempering, cutting machinability medium. Tractor industry for the manufacture of large cross-section of heavy-duty carburizing parts and the larger forces of gear, gear shaft, worm and so on.

 

Chemical composition:

 

  • Carbon C: 0.24 ~ 0.32
  • Silicon Si: 0.17 ~ 0.37
  • Manganese Mn: 0.80 ~ 1.10
  • Sulfur: allow residual content ≤ 0.035
  • Phosphorus P: allowable residual content ≤ 0.035
  • Cherome Cr: 1.00 ~ 1.30
  • Nickel Ni: Allowable residual content ≤ 0.030
  • Copper Cu: allow residual content ≤ 0.030
  • Titanium Ti: 0.04 to 0.10

  • Elongation δ5 (%): ≥9
  • Section shrinkage ψ (%): ≥ 40
  • Impact energy Akv (J): ≥47
