35CrMnSi Structural Steel Bar
35CrMnSi steel is a low-alloy ultra-high-strength structural steel. It has good comprehensive mechanical properties after heat treatment, such as high strength, sufficient toughness, high hardenability, good weldability, good processing and formability, etc., but the corrosion resistance and low oxidation resistance performance is not such good, it needs to be used after low temperature tempering or austempering. 35CrMnSi steel is a material with good hardenability, after proper heat treatment, comprehensive mechanical properties of strength, hardness, toughness and fatigue strength can be obtained, and it can adapt to the complex working conditions of the production environment.

Heat treatment specification:
- Quenching: first 950℃, second 890℃, oil cooling;
- Tempering 230℃, air cooling, oil cooling;
- 880℃ austempering at 280~310℃.
Application:
Used as welding and riveting structural parts that work under vibration load, such as high-pressure blower blades, valve plates, and high-speed and high-load shafts, gears, sprockets, clutches, sleeves, bolts, nuts, etc.
Delivery status:
Delivery in the heat treatment (normalizing, annealing or high temperature tempering) or non-heat treatment status, the delivery status should be indicated in the contract.
