40CrNiMo7 Structural Steel Bar

 

40CrNiMo7 structural steel with high strength, toughness and good hardenability and anti-overheating stability, but the white point of high sensitivity, temper brittleness. Weldability is poor, pre-heated by the need to preheat after welding to eliminate stress, after quenching and then use.

  • Molybdenum Mo 0.15 ~ 0.25

  • Section shrinkage ψ (%) ≥ 55,
  • Impact energy Akv (J) ≥25, impact toughness value αkv (J / cm2) ≥98 (10)
