45Mn17Al3 Non-Magnetic Steel Plate
45Mn17Al3 is low magnetic steel with high alloy single phase austenitic manganese steel. With good plasticity, high toughness, high hardening work hardening, large thermal expansion coefficient, high resistivity, low thermal conductivity and low magnetic properties. In the non-magnetic construction, non-magnetic machinery, mineral processing and exploration equipment and military fields have a wide range of applications.
No magnet has been widely used in many electrical products:
- Large and medium-sized transformer oil tank within the magnetic shielding, core pull board, coil clamp, bolts and other magnetic leakage structure of the pieces;
- Lifting Electromagnet sucker, magnetic separation equipment simplified, box and separator;
- Special smelting furnace lining, furnace cover, electrode splint and electronic mixing device structure.
