60Si2CrVA Spring Steel Bar
Compared with Si-Mn steel, 60Si2CrA spring steel has higher tensile strength and yield strength when the plasticity is similar, and the hardenability of the steel is larger with temper brittleness. But the tensile strength and yield point are higher; heat treatment overheating sensitivity and decarburization tendency, high hardenability, the critical oil quenching diameter of about 37 ~ 114mm, but tending to brittleness; generally in the quenching and temperature Use under tempering.
60Si2CrA is used to withstand high stress and the working temperature of the spring below 300 ~ 350 ℃, such as governor spring, steam turbine seal spring, high pressure pump disc spring, condenser support spring and crusher spring.
