Spring steel JIS G4801 SUP11A is a kind of pre-hardened material well suited for fabrication requiring shaping by blanking, bending, drawing, extrusion and swaging. Spring steel JIS G4801 SUP11A allows for closer dimensional tolerances and improved finish and available in several grades. Grade selection is important when considering higher levels of wear resistance.
JIS G4801 SUP11A spring steels are used in the manufacture of various sizes and particularly important springs like the spiral spring, engine valve springs,large cross-section and elastic parts which work under condition of 400 degrees.
