DIN 1.5026 Spring Steel Bar
DIN 1.5026 equivalent to the China standard 55Si2Mn spring steel, DIN 1.5026 steel by adding silicon and manganese to improve the elastic strength and yield ratio, improve the hardenability, resistance to tempering stability and anti-relaxation stability, superheat sensitivity is also small, but off Carbon tends to be larger, especially when silicon and carbon are high, carbon is easy to graphitize and make steel brittle.
DIN 1.5026 spring steel is mainly used for cars, tractors, and locomotives on the vibration plate spring and coil springs, cylinder safety valve spring, can also be used as 250 ℃ below the use of heat-resistant spring.
