DIN 1.7108 Spring Steel Bar

1.7108 is a widely used silico-manganese spring steel with slightly higher strength, elasticity and hardenability than 55Si2Mn. It is suitable for the production of flat springs with large loads in the railway vehicles, automobile and tractor industries, or coil springs with a wire diameter of less than 30mm, and also suitable for the production of heat-resistant springs in non-corrosive media with a working temperature of 250 ℃ or less and withstand alternating loads. And large important coiled springs that work under high stress.

DIN 1.7108 spring steels are mainly used for the manufacture of railway rolling stock, cars and tractors on the leaf spring and coil spring, the safety valve spring, shock absorber on a variety of heavy machinery, instrument springs, friction plate.
