60CrMnMoA Spring Steel Bar
60CrMnMoA spring steel, the hardenability of the existing variety of spring steel highest. Mechanical properties, anti-tempering stability is also good for large-scale civil construction, heavy vehicles, machinery and other large springs. Plate thickness up to 35mm above, round steel diameter can exceed 60mm.
After 60CrMnMoA spring steel heat treatment and 60CrMnA steel with the same comprehensive mechanical properties and high tempering stability, good hardenability. After heat treatment and 60CrMnA steel with the same mechanical properties, in addition, should not have a better hardenability, the critical quenching diameter of about 100mm in oil, and no tendency to temper brittleness. 60CrMnMoA spring steel is mainly used in the manufacture of vehicles, tractors heavy industrial load, stress larger leaf springs and larger diameter (up to 100mm) of the coil spring.
