Heat treatment specifications:

1) tensile specimen blank (φ25) normalizing 830 ~ 850 ℃, heat 30min.

2) impact specimen blank (φ15) quenching and tempering, quenching 840 ± 20 ℃, water cooling, tempering recommended 600 ℃.
